Please park in the designated areas on-site or along the road. There will be signs and some friendly O'Rourke parking attenants to guide you. Handicap parking and drop off is available.

If any of our guests have mobility issues, you are welcome to drive into the driveway to drop off the guest close to where the party is taking place. After drop off, the driver will then need to park their car.

Please use the washrooms located inside the shed building. The door will be clearly marked as disabled-use washrooms.

Anyone not requiring disabled-use washrooms are asked to use the Guest washrooms located behind the barn.

The party will run from 3:00pm all the way through to the wee hours of the night.

It's a drop-in/open- house style party, so join us any time you like throughout the day.

Due to our liquor licence and event insurance, we are required to put wristbands on ANYONE UNDER 19 attending the event.

Some of you will have received wristbands from us already as you live nearby, but others who live further afield will need to collect these from us on the day. The party organisers will all be in bright blue shirts, so go over to any of us to collect yours and we will keep an eye out for you as well.

We really appreciate your help in ensuring all minors are wearing them throughout their time with us.

No. We've got more than enough for everyone to enjoy themselves from the start of the party right to the finish. All food and drinks are provided - you do not need to pay for anything.

We have tables and chairs rented for inside the tent.
